Welcome to the Tyme SQ 2 Return and Refund Policy Page!
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. In agreement with these terms, you are making a purchase from our website.
- You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be qualified for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Returns should be sent to the address 2820 Audubon Village Drive #346, Audubon, PA 19403, once fully approved.
- If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label.
- We will send you instructions on how to send your package.
- Remember that items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your return, contact us at email@example.com.
- When contacting us, include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return
- To Request an RMA#: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA# for your return.
- Remember to include your Order No, items returning, and the reason for the return

- Tyme SQ2 reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
- Return shipping labels will be provided if your return is accepted.

- The return of items without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
